These run today: the draw, the fixtures and the results all work. The rating comes when we build the marker.
Football 5-a-side
Fast football on a compact pitch. No breaks, no hiding, no time to think. The pass you should have made three seconds ago? It's gone. Five-a-side rewards instinct over instruction.
Football 7-a-side
More space than fives. Less chaos than elevens. Seven-a-side is the format where you're close enough to hear the keeper and far enough to try something stupid.
Football 11-a-side
The real thing. Ninety minutes, eleven roles, one ball. Sunday league heroes made weekly. The format that turns strangers into a team and teammates into rivals.
Basketball
Non-stop. Fast breaks, dunks, and the shot clock forcing decisions. Basketball doesn't let you think — it lets you react. And somewhere in the fourth quarter, someone hits a three that changes everything.
3x3 Basketball
Half court. Ten minutes. First to 21 or whoever's ahead when the clock runs out. 3x3 is basketball stripped to its essentials — every possession matters because you might only get twenty.
Rugby 7s
Fourteen minutes. No hiding. Sevens strips rugby to speed and space and the courage to use both. One missed tackle and the try line's gone.
Rugby Union
Eighty minutes of organised chaos. Fifteen roles, one objective. Rugby doesn't reward the strongest — it rewards the side that thinks together under pressure.
Cricket T20
T20 took cricket's patience and set it on fire. Twenty overs to make your mark. Every ball matters, every boundary shifts momentum. Three hours of drama compressed into one innings each.
Netball
Seven positions. Seven jobs. No freelancing. Netball is the sport where structure is the strategy — you win inside the lines you're given, or you don't win at all.
Spikeball
A trampoline the size of a hula hoop and four people who can't agree on anything except that the next point matters. Spikeball went from a Shark Tank pitch to 4 million players because it turns any patch of grass into a stadium. Doubles only. No hiding.
Flag Football
Same reads, same routes, same trash talk — minus the concussions. Flag football is heading to the 2028 Olympics and every park league already knows why. Fast, accessible, and the QB who can't be tagged is still the most annoying person on the field.
Walking Football
Same game. No running. Walking football gave an entire generation their pitch back — and it turns out tactics matter more when you can't just sprint past someone. Hundreds of clubs. Thousands of players. No one's too old for this.
Nothing matches that.
