Leagology ("we", "us", "our") operates leagology.com. We provide tournament management tools for sports venues, clubs, and organisers worldwide.

We collect information you provide when creating an account or using our services:

Account data: email address, password (encrypted), name (when provided), timezone
Profile data: date of birth, gender, country, postal code/city (when you complete your profile)
Tournament data: match results, scores, tournament participation
Location data: browser geolocation (only when you explicitly grant permission for "near me" features)
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, IP address

To provide and improve our tournament management services
To maintain your player profile, rankings, and match history
To send you notifications about tournaments you've joined or follow
To process payments via Stripe (we never store your card details)

We don't sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe: payment processing
Resend: transactional emails
Cloudflare R2: file storage (images)
Render: hosting infrastructure

public information

Tournament results, player profiles, and rankings are public by design — this is a competitive sports platform. Your email address is never shown publicly. You can control what's visible in your profile settings.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies.

your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page. Contact us at hello@leagology.com.

data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Tournament results and match history are retained permanently as part of the competitive record. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days.
