LEAGOLOGY

terms of service

last updated: april 2026

the basics

Leagology provides tournament management tools at leagology.com. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

your account

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account. Under-18s need parental consent.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Don't share accounts.
  • We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

tournament organisers

  • You're responsible for your tournament: rules, entry fees, prizes, venue arrangements.
  • Entry fees are collected and managed by you, not by us. We provide the tools, not the cash handling.
  • You must comply with local laws regarding gambling, competitions, and events.
  • Don't use the platform for illegal activities.

players

  • Match results and tournament history are public. This is a competitive platform.
  • Rankings are calculated automatically and reflect your competitive performance.
  • Don't cheat, manipulate results, or create fake accounts.
  • Be respectful to other players and organisers.

subscriptions and payments

  • Free accounts are free forever. We won't retroactively charge for features you already have.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are in GBP.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.

your content

You own your content (tournament names, descriptions, images). By posting it on leagology, you give us permission to display it on the platform and in search results. We won't use your content for advertising without your permission.

our liability

We provide the platform "as is." We're not responsible for disputes between players, organisers, or venues. We're not responsible for injuries at events. We do our best to keep the platform running but don't guarantee 100% uptime.

changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
