Why can't I log in after a few wrong passwords?

If the wrong password is typed 10 times in a row, your login is locked. That stops someone guessing their way in.

Two ways back in:

• Wait 1 hour, then log in with the right password.
• Use the email we send when it locks. Press the link in it and you can log in straight away.

Don't know the password at all? Reset it. Choosing a new password unlocks your login too.
