I can't make it. How do I pull out?
Press Withdraw on the competition's page. You can do that any time before you've checked in.
Open the competition's page and press Withdraw. If you pull out while sign-ups are still open and before check-in opens, your place goes to the next person on the waitlist. After that, the organiser decides.
- On the waitlist? Press Leave the waitlist.
- Sent a request? Press Cancel my request.
- Already checked in? Ask the organiser to take you off.
Once the competition has started, you can't pull out from the app.
