The competition is full. How does the waitlist work?

Press Join the waitlist. You're in the queue, in the order people joined.

Before the day

If someone pulls out while sign-ups are still open, and before the organiser opens check-in on the day (when players say they've arrived), the first person waiting gets their place automatically, and we email them to say a place opened.

On the day

Once check-in opens, the organiser decides who gets any spare places. People who've turned up go first. So it's worth coming along and checking in, even from the waitlist: it won't give you a place on its own, but if one opens, you go ahead of anyone waiting who isn't there.

If you can't come after all, press Leave the waitlist.
