My staff invite ran out before they accepted it. What now?

A staff invite lasts 14 days. If they open the link after that, they're told it's expired and to ask you for a new one.

1. In your dashboard, press your page, then team (on a phone, Your team).
2. Find them in the list. It says Invite ran out under their name.
3. Press Send again.

That sends the invite again and gives it a fresh start. The link they already have works again, so they can use the old message.

You can also send it yourself: once it's live again, WhatsApp and Copy link are next to their name.

If you'd pressed Cancel on the invite instead, it's gone for good. Invite them again under Add someone.
