What can a co-host do at my venue?

A co-host is someone you trust to run things when you're behind the bar. On your team screen, their job says Runs the series.

Running tournaments

• Put a tournament on, while your plan or free trial is running.
• Open sign-ups, and invite players.
• Checking people in on the day, and marking who's paid.
• Making the draw, choosing who keeps score at each table, and keeping score.
• Fixing results, and adding photos.

Your venue's page

• The name, opening hours, what you play on and photos.
• Events in What's on, while your plan or free trial is running.

What they can't do

Only the owner can:

• Pay for Leagology. Add the card, start the plan, see invoices, change the card, or cancel.
• Look after your staff. Invite someone, change their job, or take them off the team.
• Change the business's name.

A co-host who reaches one of these is told to ask the owner. That way nobody can run up or cancel your bill, or take you off your own team.
