Can I cancel Leagology while a card payment is failing?

Yes. Open your billing page (in your dashboard, your page, then plan; on a phone, Your plan). It says payment failed, and cancel subscription is still there underneath. Press it.

Only the owner can do this.

What happens next

• Your plan won't carry on into another month.
• While Stripe, who handle our payments, is still trying your card, your tournaments keep running as normal, for up to 8 days from the first failed payment.
• If the card never goes through, your plan stops at the end of those 8 days, even if your month would have run longer.
