When does Leagology ask for my card?

Listing your venue and building its page never asks for a card.

You're asked when you put on your first tournament. You choose the day, how many players, the entry fee and the name, and on the last step the owner presses Add your card. Your card is saved, and you open sign-ups when you're ready. (You can also start the plan yourself from the pricing page.)

Your card goes to Stripe, who handle our payments. For a first-time venue, the first 45 days are free and nothing is taken until they've passed. After that it's £49 a month.

Only the owner can add the card. A co-host who gets to that step is told to ask the owner.

Been given a founding place? Your billing page shows Start my founding place. Your card goes in then, and nothing is taken until your free time is up.
