LEAGOLOGY

I cancelled Leagology and came back. Why is there no free trial?

The free trial is for a venue's first time. If you've had a Leagology plan before, even just a trial, the plan starts paid from day one.

The 45 free days are for trying Leagology for the first time. Once a business you own has had a plan with us, the next one is billed from the day you start it.

What counts as having had a plan before:

  • Any business you own that Stripe, who handle our payments, has ever billed. A free trial counts too, even if nothing was ever taken.
  • Or the venue itself has had a plan before, even under a different owner.

What doesn't count:

  • Being a co-host at someone else's venue. That never uses up your own trial.
  • Getting to the card page and backing out without finishing.

A founding place is different: it's free even if you've paid before. A founding place is one we give by hand to a few early venues: Leagology is free for them until your third series has run, then it's the usual price.
